Today we spoke with Keenan Rice and Jessica Holder of Eclipse Insurance in DuQuoin. Because insurance and financial services are considered essential in this shutdown, they are still open for business. A lot of their business can still be done online or over the phone. They have given customers the option of signing documents online or coming into the office. Many companies they work with are giving grace periods for customers in not cancelling policies for missed payments during this shutdown. Kennan and Jessica feel like their business is not really suffering very much, they are just less busy with community activities.
Thank you for sharing your time with us!
